ARPI is a not-for-profit academic research and policy organization based in Washington, DC. The organization is dedicated to robust policy analysis and research that informs policy makers, practitioners and the public on a wide range of issues. The research institutes that are a part of ARPI include the Consumer Driven Health Care Institute founded in 2004, with a specific emphasis on the application of health care technology aimed at improving quality of care, access and market mechanisms to deliver health care services. The Research Institute for Applied Transportation Innovation , founded in 2015, aims to Identify and promote the adoption of applied transportation innovation across all modes to improve the flow of people and goods throughout our nation and across the globe. RIATI is affiliated with the Alliance for Transportation Innovation and was founded to leverage existing public and private sector transportation research programs to speed the adoption of 21st century transportation innovation.
